Job Description

Facility Maintenance company in Dania Beach, FL with over 20 years in the industry providing remodeling and facilities maintenance services to the retail and restaurant markets is currently seeking a highly-motivated and qualified Facilities Maintenance Sales Representative. The candidate will possess the ability to multi-task and interact professionally with others.

OVERVIEW: The Inside Sales Representative primary role will be to research, prospect, and call into companies to determine if they are a "center of target" opportunity and then to arrange a follow up presentation. The ideal candidate should be highly driven, outgoing and motivated in providing a quality sales experience to the client. We are seeking candidates with strong prospecting, communication and presentation skills.

The Sales Representative will be reporting to the Sales Manager and the Vice President.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use online research skills to identify prospective clients.
• Take advantage of LinkedIn to discover and research potential leads.
• Email prospects found to arrange call.
• Cold call prospects from company's data base and find new contacts.
• Develop relationships and promote client solutions.
• Use online calendar functions to schedule calls and follow ups.
• Meet weekly goals for number of calls made and appointments set.
• Use company CRM to track and manage prospects.
• Gather and report market intelligence.
• Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
• Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence.
• Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
• Update client information in the company contact database.
• Stay on top of industry trend to identify potential opportunities for company growth
• Attend appropriate continuing education courses in the industry as directed by the Sales Manager/Vice President.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D., Associates Degree preferred, A College Bachelor is a plus!
Experience:
• Ideal candidate comes with up to 2 years of experience in sales administrative support, customer service, and or retail.
• Have enthusiastic, outgoing, competitive and self-motivated attributes.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to prospect and create clients lists through cold calling, face to face selling, phone and internet search.

Knowledge:
Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, and Word, Salesforce and or CRM software programs is a plus!!!
Skills:
• Must have expert level communication skills, verbal and written skills, ability to comprehend and construct correspondence, listening skills, telephone skills, persuading and negotiating skills, information gathering skills, presentation skills, supporting skills, and the ability to accept criticism.
• High organizational skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Building strong internal and external relationships with the team, vendors, and clients using effective verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail within fast-paced environment.
• True desire to listen to clients and find solutions.
