STAFF NURSE I – ALL SPECIALTIES

Natividad may offer up to a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus to candidates hired into a permanent full-time position and upon promotion to Staff Nurse II (Estimated period of 6 months).

This is the entry-level position in the professional Staff Nurse series. Under close supervision, incumbents perform routine patient care assignments and receive comprehensive in-service training. They are expected to promote to the journey-level of Staff Nurse II after acquiring the appropriate experience and demonstrating satisfactory performance. This position is distinguished from the next higher level of Staff Nurse II in that the latter is expected to perform the full range of nursing duties with minimal supervision and only periodic in-service training. 

These entry-level positions require possession of a valid CA RN License or a valid CA RN Interim Permit.
