Job Description

As one of our student interns, you will perform meaningful, hands-on, real-world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career. You'll be part of a team, working for our clients on projects with our most experienced engineers. You'll get an introduction to Olsson's culture that will help you evaluate our firm as a career choice.

This program is unique because it allows periodic evaluations of the project team's success through meetings with the client. The findings are reported directly to project team principals with feedback to the program manager and team members. These services are not charged back to the client, and it has been found to be an excellent tool to judge both areas of success and areas where the team needs to focus more attention. The Client Services Assurance Officer is part of initial contract meetings, meets periodically with managers during completion of task orders, and performs the task order close out meeting.
