Lorain County Community College Applications are invited for the following position: Early College High School Principal

Early College High School Principal

Full-time

Reporting to the Provost/Vice President of Academic and Learner Services, the Lorain County Community College (LCCC) of Early College High School (ECHS) Principal, assures that staff and students support the goals, missions, and visions of Elyria City Schools, Lorain City Schools and Lorain County community College by providing ECHS students with access to education, training, and experience that will lead to their high school graduation and associate degree completion. The duties and responsibilities of the principal include but are not limited to overseeing curriculum and instruction management; fostering a climate that promotes student leaning and success, managing all budgets for ECHS operation and sustainability , such as hiring high school teaching and support staff. The principal will support and enhance partnerships with school districts, and other state and community partners; inform and recruit first-generation, under-resourced and represented students in higher education into the ECHS; and foster a culture of data driven decision making and continuous improvement. Additionally, the principal assumes other duties as delegated by the Provost/VP of Academic and Learner Services.
