Job Responsibilities:
An opportunity has arisen for a midlevel Civil/Environmental Engineer with engineering design experience to join the team at Golder Associates. Based in the Perth office, the position on offer can be suited to part-time or full-time employment.

In this role, you will work on a range of technically challenging projects under the guidance of one of Golder Associates' leading industry specialists. This position will suit those who have a particular interest in civil design work with exposure to civil design aspects of landfills, waste management and site remediation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and technical skills within a dynamic and employee-owned professional consulting company.

Your responsibilities may include:
* Designing civil engineering projects such as mine waste and landfill sites, tailings storage facilities and associated earthwork structures;
* Providing field support including preliminary and detailed site investigations;
* Site supervision and management of QA/QC activities;
* Preparing proposals and reports for clients; and
* Liaising with professionals from other multi-disciplinary groups.

Job Requirements:
You will be qualified with a bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related discipline. You will have several years' of experience in a similar role and it is expected that you will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have strong report writing skills. Previous consulting experience will be highly regarded.
