The Richmond, Virginia office of Golder Associates, Inc. is seeking an Entry-level Environmental Engineer to support a variety of civil and environmental projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Duties may include:
* Fieldwork may include soil and groundwater sample collection, operation and maintenance activities for remediation systems and water treatment systems, groundwater well installation, and Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
* Construction oversight and construction quality assurance field work, testing and documentation.
* Office work may include data compilation, report writing and project management assistance.

Job Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, and have a strong desire to learn and be a part of a team. Other requirements include:
* A Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering or Engineering Technology Degree
* This is an entry level position so no experience is required with appropriate degree. **Please provide an overview of relevant college coursework.**
* Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software preferred.
* The successful candidate must also have a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and within groups.
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis.
* Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license; be able to drive a company vehicle and exhibit a willingness to travel for field work as dictated by project demands.
