Established Cleveland Law Firm with hospital clients seeks an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant, familiar with the medical field along with health and auto insurance, for its Cleveland office. Duties will include, but are not limited to: managing a high volume of files and maintaining client and patient contact. Knowledge of and ability to learn and use management and hospital related programs such as: Ajility, Epic, Star Navigator, Seimens, VPN connections, Citrix. Excellent knowledge of MS Word to include creating templates for merging of data. Excellent keyboarding speed and ability. Familiarity with legal/medical terminology. Working knowledge of Outlook to calendar events and deadlines. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Secretarial Training Program or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferably in the legal field) with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience required. Competitive salary commensurate with experience, health, vision, 401K and profit sharing. Business casual environment. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements: Consistency of presence at worksite. Self-discipline, motivation, and moral and ethical standards. Knowledge of HIPAA and FDCPA. Ability to work with little supervision. Excellent typing/computer/word processing ability. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to learn and use various computer programs. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow instructions, and provide information to a diverse group of customers/contacts, both internal and external, with professionalism courtesy and tact. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them within time constraints. Familiar with medical coding.
