Job Description

Student Support Services/Pathway Coordinator Colorado Mountain College Summit County Breckenridge & Dillon

This position works with first generation and minority students in partnership with the local school district and CMC’s pre-collegiate program. The Student Support Services/Pathways Coordinator provides academic, career, life and transfer advising as well as assisting students with access to a variety of support services to maximize student success, persistence, retention and completion rates within this population. The Student Support Services/Pathways Coordinator works closely with the CMC mentor program consisting of community volunteers as well as a variety of workshops on a variety of topics to supplement and support instructional curriculum.

Colorado Mountain College in Summit County includes Breckenridge and Dillon. This position will be expected to serve both locations. Work hours may fluctuate depending on scheduled activities and student needs.

Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to work in a culturally competent environment and the ability to effectively interact with students, employees, and community members with diverse backgrounds. Bilingual (English/Spanish) or conversational language abilities helpful.

This is a term, grant funded position currently funded for two years.
