Customer Service Representative I

The Investment service centers have a strong reputation of superb customer service. We are a disciplined group devoted to customer service and thrive on winning. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team! Work in a fast-paced call center where associates handle 65- 100 inbound calls per day. Make a difference in a strong team environment by assisting customers and other support services areas when needed. Own each phone call and follow up with customers on a daily basis, all while participating in our 52-week training program!


Our National Call Center is comprised of two very unique areas, which together service the needs of our Investment Representatives/Personal Bankers and Customers directly.

The Broker Service Centers provides support to Investment Representatives on virtually all brokerage products, systems and procedures.

The National Client Service Center provides support to our investment clients on all brokerage products and services provided by Chase Investments.

Work Schedule:
The candidate will need to be flexible as the shifts we need coverage for are usually starting between 10 AM and 11 AM (10-7 or 11-8)M-F, working -1 Saturday per month (7 am-6 pm) & 1-2 Sundays per year (8am-4pm)

Possible Career Paths (after 1 year):
* Customer Service Representative II or III
* Call Center Team Lead/Management
* Sales (Financial Advisor, Licensed Personal Banker or Sales Assistant)

* Strong brokerage, annuity or retirement knowledge
* Proven customer service skills
* Previous call center experience preferred

**2 years financial industry experience, a bachelor's degree, and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required (if you don't have either your 7 or 63, you will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire).
