Program Manager Intern
Seattle, WA

Position Summary
Program Managers lead and motivate our teams by coming up with and driving innovative and measurable solutions to maximize efficiency for team members, while creating the best experiences for our customers. They will be responsible for managing a project, impact, and complexity through all phases of the development lifecycle. This intern role will manage interdependencies and integration among a development team, and its stakeholders. This role will also be very process focused with a deep dive into a process's issues, and then deliver suggestions and solutions to solve business process problems.

Responsibilities
Work with scrum team on planning activities for scope commitments.
Act as scrum master for select team(s) to ensure daily stand ups, proper backlog grooming, sprint planning, end of spring demos and stakeholder updates
Keep executives and business teams updated on project timelines and results.
Partner with product manager to define end to end launch plan and identify gaps. Include Design, IX, Marketing, Support, etc.
Define communication plan for project. Lead communication within the team, to stakeholders and at cross-functional meetings
Run reporting against progress for scrum team (burn down) and overall program schedule
Identify and track process project problems, and create interesting solutions to a business process
Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited university
Project Management skills - experience through a school or extracurricular activity
Highly organized, Strong writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, Informatics or a related business or technical field.
Proficient using Atlassian Toolset: Jira, Confluence, Portfolio, Slack
Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
Business acumen and technical background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across a wide-ranging audience
Ability to lead without authority to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Proficient in Scrum
Agile methodologies
