Thank you for your interest in working at Celebrity Station Amphitheater!

Celebrity Station Amphitheater is searching for committed, proactive and passionate Event Assistant. The position requires assistant to work on event days during the concert season that generally runs from May - October. The total number of events during this period will be no more than 6. This position requires applicant to be 21 years of age or older, ability to pass a background check and a work history check. The Event Assistant will work under the guidelines and policies set by The Crossing at Big Creek and work under the direction of the Event Manager.

The Event Assistant with direction of the Event Manager will coordinate food truck vendors, concession vendors, artist merchandising vendors, the ticket booth manager and the bar team manager. As well, the Event Assistant will help the Event Manager wherever needed. The Event Assistant's duties will vary widely.

The Event Assistant will be required to work the day before and the day of an event.

Event Assistant Responsibilities:

* Maintain relationships with key vendors throughout and event's life cycle.
* Relaying information to the Event Manager from teams throughout the vent.
* Learn to troubleshoot problems and make decisions quickly.
* Identify potential problems and communicate them to Event Manager or team managers.
* Address attendee concerns on behalf of the Event Manager.
* Take photos with company camera during events.
