POSITION OVERVIEW

Zelis is looking for a recent graduate or a currently enrolled Senior student to join us full-time temporary help for our Negotiations team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for managing department workflow on claims
* Utilize claim que to monitoring turnaround time of claims
* Responsible for attaching and processing authorized agreements received in assigned fax folders associated with but not limited to the Auto-Faxing process.
* Review unauthorized agreements received to determine next steps which may include provider contact, claim processing, or claim reassignment for those claims associated with the Auto Faxing Process.
* Communicate with Client Service Associate on claim inquires as requested per provider.
* Assist Claim Associates with their daily administrative responsibilities such as faxing agreements, processing claims, etc.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

* Full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
* Ability to work M-F 8:30am-5pm in our Bedminster location
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to routinely handle confidential and sensitive information.
* Ability to handle multiple and varied tasks, exceptional organization skills.
* Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel skills required.
