Crestron Electronics has a deep learning opportunity for a Fall / Winter 2019-20 Human Resources Compensation Intern who is eager to work with and learn from the best in the industry. This role will actively support the administrative preparations to update and release the updated 2020 salary ranges for the enterprise.

This individual will be asked to work 10 hours per week with our HR Compensation Team in Rockleigh, NJ for a time period of approximately 12 weeks. This is an ideal role for a college student seeking HR Experience in the area of Compensation.


* Create job salary range grids for 2020 updates; understanding the use and structure of individualized salary ranges
* Consolidates and catalogues job descriptions connected with the level project.
* Research and present market data for compensation analysis; understand the use of market data and the nuances of data analysis
* Work proactively with other team members to achieve departmental goals
* Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
* Assist with special research projects


* Current enrollment in an undergraduate program within the Human Resources, Business, or closely related discipline.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
* Detailed oriented
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, in particular Excel
* Positive, Personable, and able to work cohesively with others across various divisions
* Problem solving capabilities needed to successfully complete projects and tasks
