Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily balancing of the house fund and communicating cash needs to senior leadership.
* Supervise, audit and safeguard handling and processing of daily cash deposits for SPL.
* Troubleshoot exceptions and review sales reconciliations for bag variances in excess of Till Amounts.
* Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere to ensure the highest level of ambassador engagement and be a positive role model for the team.
* Report suspicious trends to Investigation on a timely basis.
* Maintain detailed records of suspicious activity, trends, and variances to communicate with the department management on a monthly basis.
* Prepare and present findings in written and/or oral communication to leadership.
* Adhere to stringent security procedures
* Responsible for the training, supervision and counseling of team members, while ensuring and complying with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
* Conduct daily verification of all deposits and cash received
* Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
* Consistently practice safe work habits including, but not limited to use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations
* Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of team member engagement, while supporting and demonstrating exemplary guest service

Requirements and Competencies:

* Must have at least three (3) months cash handling experience (previous satisfactory SEA Cash control or bank teller experience preferred)
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and evenings
* Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Must be able to supervisor, train and communicate effectively
* Must have basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Must be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions.
* Must be willing to comply with and ensure team members comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
* Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines.
