Job Responsibilities

* Grow and maintain strong Sales Pipeline using CRM as a tool to manage sales pipeline and track, monitor, and close opportunities
* Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote BluEdge and our products and services
* Participate in networking events
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Willingness to cold-call, handle objections and close sales
* Open to learning strategic and consultative selling
* Open to learning to close business by overcoming objections
* Ability to meet sales goals and report on progress
* Understand the BluEdge Value Proposition and competitive advantages and deliver it to clients & prospects
* Interact with sales leadership and operational leaders to develop sales strategies that win new business

Account Management

* Guide our new clients through our product
* Offer new products / solutions to existing clients
* Maintain a positive demeanor and a professional level of customer service with the client Sales Opportunities
* Prepare quotes and proposals
* Present our service and product offerings
* Maintain a high level of sales calls & strong pipeline

Marketing Efforts

* Direct selling, canvassing, telemarketing, networking
* Research and understand client's business drivers, build relationships; qualify potential opportunities; present solution and close business in timely manner
* Join applicable associations and be a BluEdge presence at in their events


* Worked as a Client - Facing Production Manager or a Project Manager in the Print Industry: A minimum of 3 years (Required)

* Microsoft Excel and Word
