Executive Assistant

In this key support role, the Executive Assistant will use their keen eye for detail to provide tailored, proactive, and efficient support to members of Insurity's Executive Leadership team.

Based out of our Denver office, this person will support an onsite Executive Vice President as well as additional executives on a remote basis. Additionally, this person will leverage their exceptional organizational skills to ensure the efficient running of the Denver office.

What you'll be doing:

* Provide administrative support in an efficient and confidential manner to Insurity Executives to support the success of senior management
* Coordinate and organize meetings, including:
* Overseeing calendar scheduling
* Coordinating travel
* Communicating with participants
* Maintaining and distributing agendas
* Taking and distributing meeting minutes
* Tracking follow-ups with participants


* Prepare and submit timely expense reports
* Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
* Develop and maintain an index of key contacts
* Organize and maintain files for senior leaders in a complete, accurate, and timely fashion and suggest system changes to meet needs
* Coordinate details of projects and aide in gathering information
* Liaise with the Talent Acquisition group for recruitment and onboarding coordination
* Respond to inquiries and screen correspondence calls and visitors in a proactive and independent fashion
* In coordination with the Facilities Manager:
* Ensure the office always has an appropriate level of office and kitchen supplies
* Provide onsite support for building related issues as needed
* Aide in the planning of office events



What you'll need:

* Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, supporting multiple leaders
* Strong knowledge of expense management and travel software, with the ability to quickly learn new software as needed
* Professional written and oral communication skills
* Ability to think on your feet and handle multiple priorities/tasks
* Excellent time management skills including work planning, prioritization, and organization
* Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
