Intern

Job Description

Our Intern program provides post-graduates the opportunity to gain practical marketing knowledge and experience by contributing to various client account teams in a stimulating agency environment. We are currently interviewing post-graduates only for this position.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

* Support account team(s) in all aspects of client program planning and execution


* Assist with program reporting and documentation to clients


* Attend competitive events and present findings to team


* Conduct local market venue research


* Assist with the production of creative program elements


* Coordinate & place orders with agency vendors/suppliers


* Assist in strategic planning brainstorms for current and potential clients


* Participate in weekly account team meetings including scheduling, note taking and agenda preparation


* Contribute to shipping/inventory responsibilities as needed including warehouse visits



Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:

* Bachelors degree in marketing, business or communications (preferred but not required)


* Excellent written and oral communication skills


* Experience in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


* Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and maximizes time management skills


* Interest in travel
