Job Description

BLADE is the first digitally-driven short distance aviation company. Flights can be booked to the most in-demand destinations within seconds. Our app also allows users to launch private charters or to books seats on continuous flights.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

BLADE is looking for Customer Experience (CX) team members to join our Hamptons CX team this summer at the East Hampton airport (HTO).

CX team members are responsible for inbound and outbound flights, which includes:

* Checking fliers in for their flights, ensuring flier bags are tagged and prepped for the correct flights
* Operating safely around equipment and monitoring fliers on the tarmac and with line technicians
* Engaging with fliers to ensure exceptional flier experience; make all fliers feel welcomed and comfortable
* Offering all fliers beverages/snacks
* Maintaining BLADE brand integrity and service standards
* Maintaining working knowledge and understanding of BLADE's business and product suite
* Providing ownership of the lounges by reporting any issues to the Director, CX
* Promoting the BLADE Brand at events and activations as needed
* Participating in photo, video, and social media campaigns for BLADE as needed
