Role Summary:

As a Business Management Intern, you will receive support and training to develop valuable, hands-on Business experience, guided by our business leaders. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to apply their knowledge of business practices and strategy in a fast-paced, growing company. You will gain industry knowledge, analyze information, and assist with projects to improve business effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Complete core assignment provided by the respective department
* Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
* Actively track industry trends
* Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
* Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement

Basic Qualifications:

* Current enrollment in a four-year collegiate degree program in business or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A dynamic combination of strategic, analytical and creative skills.
* Reliable, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in customer service, finance, HR, IT, sales and/or marketing.
* Bilingual or Spanish speaking ability.
