What you become part of:

The Junior HR (People & Culture) Business Partner will report into the Associate Director, HRBP (P&C BP) for Corporate Functions. With passion for CCEP's business, you will contribute to and implement the organisation's people & culture strategy so that the organisation attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.

Acting as a link between the business leaders and the P&C organisation, you will leverage the appropriate P&C solutions to facilitate and enable the achievement of the Global Functions teams. You will work in close cooperation with other internal P&C Services or Centres of Expertise to provide the business with an effective service, based on a deep understanding of the business environment, strategy and people management implications.

What to expect:

* Supports the P&C BP in facilitating career planning, individual development, performance management and succession planning processes.
* Assists the business on operational matters by referring them to the right P&C division.
* Provides consultative support, advice and solutions on all people related subjects, in conjunction with CoE and People Services.
* Delivers knowledge based trainings to line managers on people processes, tools and procedures.
* Facilitates team development sessions and other development workshops.
* Works closely with the P&C BP and managers to understand current and future business unit development needs to identify gaps, solutions and ensure the necessary resources are available.
* Prepares reports for delivered activities and analysis of areas of focus a nd improvement.
* Supports hiring process, internship programs and employee retention.
* Champions the Diversity and Inclusion agenda for the area and align across business line stakeholder groups for proposing actions, implementing and follow-up with relevant metrics.
* Assist the business on operational matters by referring them to the right P&C department
* Handles day-to-day operational issues or ad-hoc needs as appropriate
* Supports change management /transformation projects across the Corporate Functions teams
* Supports the preparation of scorecards and reports and analysis of areas of focus and improvement for the Corporate Functions team

Essential skills:

* Demonstrable experience working in a HR Advisor, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
* A strong understanding operational HR policies and processes.
* An understanding of and interest in Corporate Functions.
* A supportive team player who demonstrates flexibility and willingness to support the team with high quality delivery of the HR people plan.
