Job Description

Position Summary

The HR intern will assist the Human Resources department with recruiting needs. While performing all duties and responsibilities, the Intern will at all times, model BHR values and principles and act in a manner consistent with the BHR Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Responsibilities

* Assist with reviewing employment resumes and applications, posting jobs online, setting up interviews and informing applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
* Build relationships with local colleges that offer Masters' programs.
* Research trends and best practices.

Experience and Skill Required

* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Must be focused and motivated.
