Job Description

QVC has an engaging opportunity for an Intern to work with the Customer Marketing team at our Studio Park (West Chester, PA) location. This is a hands-on position offering great insight into QVC's business. The Customer Marketing team is critical in creating a streamlined and integrated approach to support our multichannel business. The team works to maximize strategies and advertise via promotional messaging for brands and individual items. Our team's key objectives include optimizing multichannel resources, communicating support strategies to key stakeholders, and to learn from successes and challenges.

This internship will run from January 2020- April 2020. Only current juniors, seniors, and grad students will be considered.

Job Description Details

* Run daily/weekly/monthly reports for display and social campaigns
* Update and build out new and existing campaigns
* Assist coordinators with campaign maintenance (developing creative, writing copy, updating traffic sheet, etc.)
* Assist with marketing trend research (competitive industry trends, celebrity partners, product/retailing trends, etc.)
* Work with other .com departments to help gather creative assets as needed for new promotions and campaigns
* Use analytics programs to discover potential opportunities for exposure on the web
* Regular ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks as required


* Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
* Must have completed 4 semesters of college coursework
* Firm understanding of the Internet landscape
* Strong analytical and creative skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of online marketing.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
* Professional corporate demeanor
