Intern, Account Operations - Arlington, TN

Job Description:

Wright Medical is currently looking to hire an Account Operations Intern. The Account Operations Intern will have an opportunity to gain professional experience by working in the international business aspect of Wright Medical by supporting our lower extremity, International Customer Service Experience Team. The International team manages international imports and exports in connection with Asia, LATAM, Middle East, Europe, Australia and Africa. The AOI will assist the international customer service team with, uploading/analyzing data, processing documentation and organizing files and other additional projects, as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide project support on functional initiatives

2. Create documentation, make copies as needed and submit for processing

3. Work closely with manager and mentor to understand systems, processes, and key information

4. Enter data to create orders in JDE. Enter date to update spreadsheets and Word documents

5. Research matters pertaining to various shipments, in addition to customer and management email inquiries

6. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned

7. Complete a final presentation at the close of the internship that outlines the involved project(s) and knowledge gained

8. Provide feedback on the internship experience at the close of the internship.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in International Studies.
* Completion of two (2) years' coursework
* Eligible to work in the United States without company assistance.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites.
