Job Description


The HR Intern would be a member of the Organizational Development team and would primarily:

* contribute to the overall success of the Organizational Development team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination
* provide support of organizational development initiatives such as leadership development, employee engagement, and learning methods.
* partner with other teams within HR to improve processes and procedures

Minimum Experience Required

* Full-time student currently enrolled in an accredited four year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences
* December 2020 or May 2021 anticipated graduation date
* 3.0 GPA minimum

Required Skills

* Experience working with Microsoft office suite
* Organized individual with a strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
