* Work on and understand profit and loss and balance sheet reporting.
* Work on and understand accounts payable processing.
* Reconcile bank accounts in company's different systems.
* Research outstanding bank issues.
* Other special projects assigned by supervisor.
* Know and adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Follow posted work schedule, and adhere to proper clocking procedures to accurately reflect hours worked.
* Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, and customers. Keep supervisor informed of any problems and/or any issues that need attention.
* Participate in and contribute to MFA Oil's formalized internship program, when applicable.
* Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* A current student or May graduate of current year, majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Goal orientated with strong attention to detail.
* Must be an analytical thinker.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
