Job Description

This is a temporary position with an anticipated assignment length of 3-6 months.

The Interim Programmer Analyst has the responsibility for supporting, implementing, and developing solutions for business related applications, EDI integrations, and processes. This role will focus primarily on .Net, SQL, DB2, MicroStrategy, Power BI and other programming and reporting applications.

* Build EDI interactions that support business ERP transactions and reporting services.
* Configures and integrates data sources for MicroStrategy, Historian and LIMS reporting services.
* Provide end-user support and assistance on MicroStrategy, SQL, .Net, PowerShell and LIMS systems.
* Create programs, scripts or coding needed to support business related functions, reporting requirements and application interfaces.
* Support data management and auditing, querying advance data for analysis and identification of anomalies
* Helpdesk Support for assigned applications and processes.
* Perform special projects and other responsibilities as needed.
* Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.


* 7 years software development/programming with Database administration and management
* Understanding how data is extracted, transferred, loaded and processed.
* Experience with MS SQL (2008 or higher), Visual Studio, .Net, Excel, MicroStrategy and Historian
* Experience with ERP process flow
* Familiarity with software implementations and SDLC process
* Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills and possess an acute attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work independently and meet established deadlines
* Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills to all levels of management
* Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
* Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
* Service and continuous improvement oriented
* Potential on-call duty required

Preferred Qualifications

* SQL Server
* Power BI
* Familiarity with IBM AS400 DB2
* Windows Server
* MicroStrategy
* PowerShell
* Rockwell / Wonderware SCADA and/or Historian systems
* Experience with Git, HTML, XML, OSI PI
* Other programming tools a Plus
