Are you someone that doesn't mind handling the day-to-day information technology operations for a high-volume retailer? Do you take a very systematic approach to helping others with system questions and able to research and provide solutions? As a Corporate Support Analyst Intern, you will offer direct technical support and ticket resolution to corporate employees at Victra. YOUR FOCUS (Responsibilities and Duties):

You should be an incredibly customer-service focused individual who can see how many diverse parts can fit together to create consumer impact and change the course of the company. You should crave the chance to take initiative on corporate support and providing guidance to all end users. As a Corporate Support Analyst Intern, you will minimize downtime and help to prevent technical problems affecting employee productivity. We will also look to you to also:

* Respond to phone calls, ticket submissions, and deskside support focusing on the Corporate Support Center in order of priority as defined by Director of Infrastructure technology.
* Provide rapid and customer focused support as required by Victra goals.
* Maintain knowledge and build experience in technical challenges and recommend solutions as deemed appropriate.
* Administer the company phone platform, including operation and consistency
* Serve as the highest technical escalation point for IT Infrastructure technology and assist IT Technical services help desk.
* Have knowledge of latest, best industry practices, trends, processes and systems
* Coordinate implementation of system changes, upgrades, and modifications according to business needs
* Other job-related duties as assigned

You have excellent listening and relationship building skills. You also understand that working with diverse personalities is a must to be successful in any role. We are also looking for the Corporate Support Analyst Intern to bring the following:

* Currently attending a college or university
* Proven ability to work autonomously, identifying problems, and solving independently
* Previous experience within wireless retail, technical services, telecom or similar technology a plus but not required


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to sit for long periods of time (unless accommodations are required/requested for an employee under the ADA)
