CORE FUNCTIONS

Individuals may perform a different combination of any of the following duties based on business need.

Prepare complex basic bank and/or general ledger reconciliations on a timely basis at the end of a period (each month, quarter or year). Verifies calculations, checks allocation or obtains information to complete documents.

Balance general ledger to support operational systems.

Prepare state and federal income tax returns. Prepare necessary calculations, workpapers, forms to comply with statutory requirements.

Prepare and maintain workpapers to support financial calculations and transactions in accordance with defined company standards.

Assists with or participates in projects as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.
