Job Description

Think Pharmacy is the largest independent pharmacy in Nebraska!! Be a part of a new healthcare system that changes the way we think about our patients and healthcare. We are in search of Pharmacy Interns who possess the talents, skills, and knowledge to serve as a vital member on our teams that work collaboratively to provide patient-centered quality care.

Key Responsibilities

* Promptly greet patients, customers, and visitors with a friendly, professional and courtesy demeanor
* Handle pharmacy customer questions over the phone and in person
* Correctly label and dispense prescriptions
* Resolve insurance issues
* Help triage robots, as needed
* Package boxes for shipping
* Assist Pharmacist with various duties, as needed
* Attendance and punctuality are requirements for the role

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a PharmD program or entering a PharmD program in the fall of 2018
* 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, pharmacy / healthcare experience, ideal
* Proficient computer skills
* Comfortable working in retail environment
* Strong communication skills
* Strong customer service skills

Hours

This is a part time role requiring days, evenings, and weekend schedule availability
