State Compliance

Compliance Analyst II Kansas City Life Insurance Company, a recognized leader in the insurance industry, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our State Compliance department. The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
* College degree or equivalent technical training
* At least 5 years' experience in the insurance industry
* Managerial skills in order to direct a variety of projects
* Ability to research, analyze, and interpret issues and problems related to insurance compliance and procedures, and understand how corporate limitations and procedures impact compliance
* Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
* Broad and in-depth working knowledge of insurance concepts, laws, and regulations
* Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure the timely development, filing, and approval of policy forms for KCL, OAIC, and Group
* Ensure the implementation of all new KCL, OAIC, and Group products
* Ensure the review and approval of all KCL, OAIC, and Group advertisements
* Ensure that quality service is provided to Home Office associates and agents
