POSITION:

Corporate Intern - Business Development, Sales and Marketing

Products include steel, wood, laminate casework, fume hoods, adaptable modular systems, moveable workstations, stand-alone benches, biological safety cabinets, and epoxy resin work surfaces and sinks.

Direct sales offices are located in the United States, India, Singapore, and China. Intern Program:

Our internship program offers a unique opportunity for innovative, collaborative, and driven individuals to work in an exciting environment that is building from its long history to pivot into a direction of total customer, shareholder, and Associate satisfaction. You can expect real work, mentorship and encouragement to create and implement your own innovative ideas. This position will work directly with our Executive Team specifically including CEO and VP Sales and Marketing.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Participate in the development of our latest business development strategy and execution plan
* Develop Market research to map customer and competitor capabilities and organizational structures
* Market research to develop a list of product opportunities and classifications
* Perform lead generation activities through emails, calls, and other social media outlets
* Develop sales and marketing success stories in the form of case studies
* Create engaging marketing content in a variety of different mediums (internal communications, external posts, etc.,) Develop a process to keep content fresh and ongoing.

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in MBA program with prior coursework and work experience in sales and/or marketing
* Analytical, data driven with knowledge of trending data related technologies
* Possess the ability to tell stories that invoke inspiration, satisfaction, and innovation
* Display behavior that is dynamic, confident, with the ability to successfully execute based on guidance and multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and technical writing experience
* Creative thinker that can contribute innovative marketing ideas, proven problem solving skills, and execute those ideas in a collaborative team environment
* Highly motivated, flexible, quick learner, and energetic
* Hands-on ability to create a range of digital assets Ability to participate in and lead teams to successful achievement of project objectives
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point and knowledge of social media tools (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Business Development and Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
* Education: Bachelor's (Required)

COMPENSATION:

$20 per hour
