Job Description

Benco Dental, is seeking a detail orientated, highly motivated, and talented Treasury Operations Intern, who is interested in learning and experiencing treasury operations from a very active Accounts Receivable department.

We provide more supply and equipment options than any other full-service distributor; including office design, equipment repair, practice coaching, financing and project management, wealth management and dental-specific technology solutions. These services are supported by over 400 professionally trained sales representatives and 300 factory-trained service technicians.

The Treasury Operations Intern will have the opportunity to learn the accounts receivable department, including cash application and customer setup. Responsibilities will be to support the AR specialists in all aspects including;

* Close accounts in prelude that come from deactivations in CRM
* Run the decline and expiration letters
* Daily Reconciliation procedures
* Scan documentation check remittances for internal received checks
* Tracelink research and updates (license updating in both Prelude and Tracelink, etc)
* Unclaimed Property letter campaign, additional research
* Review daily lockbox and enter correct customer numbers
* Reconcile weekly Kittys Kitchen deposits.
* Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited college/university
* Able to work 15-20 hours weekly
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ensures that all communication with customers (internal and external) are courteous, cordial, professional and timely
* Understand and adhere to all internal control processes and responsibilities
* Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, with a high sense of urgency
