Job Title: Specialized Road Construction Equipment Operator

Location: Chicago, Illinois (Southeast)

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Regular/Temporary: Regular

Diamond Coring Co., Inc. is seeking one or more hardworking, reliable individuals to fulfill the vacancy of Specialized Road Construction Equipment Operator.

Position Functions:

* Operate & maintain specialized diamond blade grooving, grinding & tanker equipment.
* Have the ability to fulfill minimal administrative duties.
* Be self motivated and dependable.
* Have a basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
* Ability to travel often and work long hours.

The optimal candidate will have experience with runway grooving, concrete profile grinding, bridge deck grooving and rumble strips. With the volume of projects our company has and the fact that we are a service focused company, the ideal candidate must be flexible and eager to learn. A clean motor vehicle operator's record and a valid driver license are a must. Diamond Coring Co., Inc. employees are expected to strictly adhere to the safety policies practiced throughout the construction industry.

Candidates Requirements:

* High School Graduate OR General Education Diploma Recipient.
* OSHA 10 - Card.
* 1 - 3 years of experience operating specialized heavy equipment for grooving and grinding.
* CDL - Class A license or have the ability to obtain one at the Company's request.
