Job Description

Physical Therapist - Full time

NHC Greenwood is in need of a full time Physical Therapist to join their team. The experienced or new graduate PT will provide evaluations and treatment to inpatients who require continued intensive short and long term rehabilitation services following hospitalization for medically complex, orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Supervision of the treating PTA is also included. The Therapy Center at NHC Greenwood provides these services within our 148-bed skilled nursing facility. NHC is a preferred provider of rehab services for area physicians, patients and families in our community.

The qualified Physical Therapist would have, at minimum, a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from a APTA accredited Physical Therapy program, have successfully completed the PT national examination, and hold a current professional license to practice as an PT in the state of South Carolina. SNF experience preferred, but not required for the exceptionally motivated and creative candidate committed to providing the highest quality patient care in an interdisciplinary setting.

Located in the upstate/piedmont area of South Carolina, Greenwood is just a 2 hour drive to the Smokey Mountains, 2 1/2 hrs to the Atlantic Ocean, and about the same distance to Atlanta, GA.
