Position Summary:

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a summer intern, currently enrolled in an undergraduate business program, who is looking for a great opportunity to gain practical work experience. In this position you will work directly with the Internal Audit team assisting with internal control walk-throughs, controls testing, and reporting test results to management. This position will have both internal and external customer facing opportunities, such as interfacing with the company's external auditors. The time commitment for this position is 30-40 hours per week.

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform necessary duties as directed by project/team lead or manager
Participate on teams as needed to provide insight, perform best-practice research, set milestones, perform controls testing, and contribute to the overall success of the department
Prioritize work effectively so that all tasks are completed on-time and accurately

Skills:

Ability to communicate both written and verbal effectively
Ability to solve problems
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Education:

Currently enrolled in a sophomore or junior Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management major
Minimum GPA: 3.0
