Are you a college student looking for hands on work experience in a fast growing Fintech (that's short for financial tech) company?!

We have a great paid internship opportunity open that allows you to provide professional administrative and technical support for Orion Advisor Services, LLC! If you perform above average, there potentially could be an opportunity to go full time once you graduate!

What does this role entail?

* Assists with new client database setups including Orion's straight-thru processing mechanism platform - Financial Information Exchange (FIX).
* Assists with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects as assigned.
* Assists with projects assigned by Manager
* Assumes other general administrative duties as assigned (faxing, scanning, copying, etc.).
* Ensures forms, policies, systems and other information are kept current.
* Maintains files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

* Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
* Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities

Experience and Education needed:

* Minimum of a High School degree or GED required
* At least a current student in Junior or Senior standing working towards a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
* Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of relevant administrative or customer service experience preferred
* Orion Series 65 certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment
