Job Description

Position Overview

The Human Resources Intern will support the Human Resources team with various projects and/or administrative duties.


* Assist in coordination of new hire paperwork and orientations.
* Assist in setting up hiring events.
* Processes paperwork and perform a variety of clerical tasks to support Human Resources administration.
* Maintain Human Resources records and files for all associates.
* Scan, file and upload records and files accordingly.
* Assists in the preparation of special reports and projects.
* Participate in project planning meetings for ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate with other departments to complete initiatives and projects.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management.


* Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
