The Financial Analyst will be instrumental in supporting an assigned Business Unit and FP&A leaders to establish high-performance capabilities. The Analyst will develop, quantify, and interpret financial and operational metrics and analyses related to all aspects of the business unit. Interaction with business partners across Corporate Accounting, Corporate FP&A, as well as the other parts of The Nature's Bounty Co.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights.
* Complete ad hoc Return on Investment (ROIs) analysis with in-depth interpretation of business.
* Develop and analyze budget/forecast/prior year comparison reporting.
* Conduct variance analyses and provide detailed explanations and recommendations.
* Research, track and summarize key data, including, trends, profitability and expense analysis.
* Assist budgeting and forecasting efforts.
* Monitor spend on a monthly basis and assess risks/opportunities to respective business teams.
* Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
* Analyze data and present insights in concise and structured manner.
* Draw conclusions, develop recommendations and identify risks/opportunities from data.
* Develop sustainable process improvements that can be incorporated into ongoing standard work within the organization.

Job Requirements

* 3 months to 3 years of Finance or Accounting experience, may be inclusive of internships
* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Accounting required, ideally from a nationally top ranked business school; MBA strongly preferred
* Must be proficient with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Power Point, etc.
* Advanced Excel modeling skills
* Oracle and Hyperion knowledge a plus
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and capability to contribute to a fast-paced team environment
* Strong ability to interpret data, identify and communicate potential opportunities and risks
