First Eagle Private Credit is looking for a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Private Credit. This candidate must possess exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, integrity, and a team-oriented approach. Below are some of the responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Head of Private Credit, including scheduling, travel, preparing correspondence and handling highly confidential information
* Manage daily calendars for Head of Private Credit and other members of the Management team
* Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets and other reports and special projects
* Prepare and reconcile expense reports
* Interact with Head of Private Credit's internal and external relationships, contacts and customers
* Work independently in supporting the Head of Private Credit and Management Team on a wide variety of tasks

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of executive assistant experience
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior experience within financial services and/or an investment firm is preferred
* Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Client-service oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to develop productive relationships within the company
* High energy and professional standards
* Resourcefulness, dependability and attention to detail
* Ability to accomplish all tasks with care in a team environment
* Strong computer skills - proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
