The MIL Corporation seeks a number of Entry Level Electronic Warfare (EW) Test Engineers to support a Federal Government client at our Southern Maryland location. The Entry Level Electronic Warfare (EW) Test Engineer will gain knowledge of commercial & military communications (V/UHF, HF, Data Links), RADAR, and Electronic Support Measures (ESM). The selected candidate will work closely within a test and engineering team for a variety of Federal Government related programs.


* Participate in gathering and analyzing requirements for test and evaluation of mission system sensors
* Assist with the development of test procedures, and instrumentation to collect required data within test plan constraints
* Maintain test logs, prepare test reports, document problem reports, and archive data
* Perform mission system hardware/software troubleshooting
* Develop and utilize data processing tools to perform data analysis and provide data to customers
* Design simple component level hardware/software utilizing analytical tools to verify the design

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited course of study, ABET preferred
* Effective oral and written communicator

Desired Qualifications

* 1 year experience in conducting hardware & software diagnostics/integration and working with Linux operating systems
* Programming experience using scripts, Java, or HTML
