Beam Suntory currently has the following position open in Chicago Illinois, United States.

Manager - National RGM


* Deliver outstanding business partnering to the sales teams, providing key decision support analysis and exercising influence over business decisions
* Support the Regional RGM Managers to partner with the sales and finance teams to drive sustainable profitable growth for the Total US
* Focus on the execution of price, promotions, trade spend and mix optimization, and drive consistency and standardization of tools, templates and analysis across Sales RGM

Desired Qualifications

* Undergraduate degree required/ MBA, CPA a plus
* 3-5 years of Consulting experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills including articulating complex financial analyses and relationships to non-financial stakeholders
* Relationship management: builds strong relationships based on trust, credibility, challenge and support across all stakeholders
* Inquisitiveness & initiative to understand financial, business and pricing concepts and solve issues on their own
* Delivers results and demonstrates a sense of urgency in driving key projects and analyses through to completion to achieve goals and meet deadlines
* Strong Problem-Solving skill set
* Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and also thrive in team settings
* Strong analytical ability with a demonstrated attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of pricing systems
* Travel up to 25%
