The Salvation Army has a Territorial Headquarters Entry Level Business Systems Analyst position available for the ideal candidate in our Kroc Department located in Hoffman Estates Illinois.

Business System Analyst role is an entry level position in the Kroc Department. This position will assist with the discovery, analysis, and implementation of systems.

1. Support the Operations Director and Business Systems Support Manager in the analysis of system needs and implementation of technology initiatives.2. Serve as a change agent who participates in identifying business improvements, determining systems to implement those improvements, and assist in deploying those enhancements to the field3. Participate in gathering and analyzing business requirement needs.4. Have a hand in translating requirements into meaningful system features and functionality.5. Consolidate business rules for system enhancements.6. Help set up new systems, hardware and software.7. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for system functionality.8. Support implementation of software and hardware.9. Train field personnel of software functionality.10. Help with data migration to new or upgraded systems.11. Track feedback from field and suggest solutions.12. Consolidate data and analytics and prepare findings.


Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or a related field.

Experience:Minimum one year experience in analysis of business process and software systems.
