University Program Manager

Directly responsible for overseeing KATERRA's University Program. Proactively partner with stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness, meet growing business needs while providing vision to expand the program as KATERRA scales. KATERRA's university encompasses, internships, Co-Ops and new graduates entering the work place.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Own the internship program from job postings, onboarding, performance management, community building and training
* Manage the KATERRA Leadership Program for new graduate hires
* Work cross functionally with business partners to ensure the program scales across various business lines
* Facilitate relationships with various universities across the country to include enhancing on-campus initiatives, i.e. networking events, tech talks, panels, information sessions, career centers, faculty, student groups
* Owns and drive the strategic alignment of the internship program on a global level with University Recruiting members
* Maintain relationships with high potential schools, while continually reviewing school's potential on a regular basis to ensure access to High potential talent
* Incorporate and continually enhance the internship program by managing the intern exit survey and report those findings to key recruiting member and recruiting leadership
* Own the intern experience at KATERRA to ensure the intern experience is kept paramount and value added to all parties
* Drive the event strategy for key University Recruiting events and academic conferences
* Work with marketing for design and production of materials
* Provide reporting and updates to appropriate sub-teams, clients and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 4+ years of program management (ideally in the University/Recruiting programs space)
* Ability to effectively communicate and leverage data across all levels of the organization as well as with external organizations
* Ability to influence business stakeholders as a subject matter expert
* Branding or marketing experience desired
* High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
* Self-starter who endeavors to always make the right decision for the company
* Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills; including the ability to influence, negotiate and explain complex processes to clients and staff
* Demonstrated commitment to diversity, learning and successfully working in multicultural environments
* Ability to travel on work-related business
