Job Description

You'll be working with key players from across Mango Languages' departments, ranging from key stakeholders to genius marketers to brainiac linguists. Responsibilities

Create business value through product development

Assist Product Owner with creation and maintenance of Business Model Canvas, Requirements Analysis Reports, and Work Breakdown Structures.Assist Product Owner with documentation of research and current offering/vertical feasibility.Assist Product Owner with documentation of problem/solution interviews and user testing.Assist Product Owner with documentation of competitive analysis.Communicate project release milestones with Marketing, Customer Service, Sales & Advocates, Legal/Finance at regular intervals.

Manage cross-functional teams

Follow Mango's Product Development Lifecycle Process on assigned projectsUnderstand and maintain clear expectations of the roles and responsibilities of members on the team.Assist Product Owner in creating and maintaining a groomed backlog of work based on requirements that communicates tasks, milestone dates, project deliverables, and resource allocation.Assist Team Leads by documenting updates and/or break-downs to project tasks when necessary.Schedule and lead sprints, daily status, and planning meetings.Monitor day-to-day project status and work/task objectives with individual team members.Remove barriers for team members and resolve open issues/questions quickly and efficiently.Be proactive in helping to identify/resolve potential scheduling and/or resource conflicts across all departments represented on the team.Ensure project deliverables are at or above quality assurance standards.

Set and manage expectations

Report weekly project status, sprint plans/results, and team performance to Mission Control Manager.Forecast project deliverables and resource allocation for current and future milestones and releases.Manage project scope and adjust timelines to reflect changes in scope should they occur.Keep the project on-time and on-budget.

Job Requirements

* Proficiency in project management software.
* Experience in managing large-scale projects including managing scope of work, planning releases, and running sprints.
* Experience in software development and/or mobile application development.
* Familiarity with product development lifecycle.
