Job Description

Supervisory Responsibilities - Manage employees in every segment of the operation. - Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of each segment in the operation. - Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with NOVITEX policies and applicable local, state, and federal laws. - Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training staff; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining staff; addressing complaints and resolving problems in a timely and positive manner. - Knowledge of general management principles and controls including accounting, purchasing, and personnel administration policies is required. - Directs production operations of a Novitex Document Solution Center by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following list. - Coordinate production in accordance with NOVITEX policies, principles, and procedures as established by the NOVITEX Management Team. - Overall direction of all functions of the project team to ensure effective coordination of operations and achievement of established objectives. - Ensure that customer needs are being met in regards to customer service, on-time delivery, and product quality. - Manage and Train Service Delivery Managers - Compile, review, and analyze reports including production statistics and quality - Prepare performance status reports for review at all required levels - Monitor performance to ensure customer's performance requirements are met - Plans work schedules to handle surges and priorities - Interface with customer Site Management staff to ensure goals of project and site are met - Ensure profitable operation of the project through daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of Operations, P&L statements, and associated tracking logs for key expense items (AP, Vend, Supplies, Temp employees, etc.). - Partner with Novitex Sales Force to identify and develop relationships with new clients. - Market Novitex services, pricing and SLA's to internal customers such as Customer Operations Managers and Area Operations Directors. - Promote employee development within the project. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years management experience with P&L responsibility required - Minimum 5 years proven leadership overseeing Managers and employees - Previous experience in document production required - Knowledge of Case Management - Work independently, perform as a self-starter and meet critical deadlines - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and professional journals and technical procedures - Ability to effectively write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals - Four-year college degree preferred - Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required - Six Sigma training a plus - ISO 9000 experience a plus - Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public is required
