SUMMARY

Crestwood Equity Partners LP (NYSE: CEQP) ("Crestwood") is a publicly traded master limited partnership (MLP) headquartered in Houston, Texas. We own and operate a diversified portfolio of crude oil and natural gas gathering, processing, storage, and transportation assets that connect fundamental energy supply with energy demand across North America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS will include the following:

The position will support the Director, Strategic Planning & Analysis and Senior Vice President, Eastern US Commercial Operations in the following aspects:

* Responsible for all financial and strategic planning for Eastern region; responsibilities to include:
* Extensive financial analysis and modeling of new investment opportunities and development projects
* Budget planning and FP&A activities
* Corporate development support
* Prepare and steward investment memoranda for senior management and Board of Director meetings
* Manage joint venture relationships and internal/external reporting requirements
* Participate in transactional and commercial negotiations
* Monitoring and developing macro / industry themes
* Work directly with commercial, operations, engineering, legal, and other key internal teams through project life cycles



EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* Top tier undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business, or accounting
* 2 or more years of relevant work and transaction experience within an investment bank or corporate finance team at an upstream or midstream oil and gas company
* Highly proficient in MS Office products, most notably MS Excel and PowerPoint; excellent financial modeling and presentation abilities
* Able to work independently within a small, dynamic deal team in a fast paced environment
* Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written), and able to interact across all levels of the organization
