We are looking to hire an Sales Assistant who will work with organizations by providing solutions to their hardware and software needs. They will be a resource for their outside account manager team and CEOs, CIOs, IT directors, and purchasers in helping find, architect, manage, and procure IT solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business-to-business sales support for assigned sales team

Manage quotes, take sales orders, maintain customer accounts, and resolve customer concerns

Manage entire sales cycle across customer accounts

Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities

Articulate and position VLCM partner products, services, and solutions

Perform other duties as assigned


Excellent communication and customer orientation

Impeccable attention to detail

Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement

Demonstrated organization, flexibility, and adaptability

Familiar with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

IT and or Sales experience a plus, but not required

BS/BA/AA degree in business or other related field preferred

E-Rate experience a plus, but not required
