Job Description

Business Operations Manager: Dayton, Ohio: Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of a private sector organization in the fine jewelry and Swiss horology watch retail industry. Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources. Conduct the management of personnel, purchasing, and administrative services. Advise the President of the company on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and recommendations on major business decisions. Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs, and business performance according to company requirements in order to drive revenues and achieve financial targets. Require a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Management, or foreign equivalent, plus at least 2 years work experience as a Chief Operations Officer in the jewelry retail industry. Employer will accept a combination of education and work experience to be equivalent to a Bachelor of Science Degree. Permanent U.S. work authorize required.
