Job Description

Job Summary

Provide clerical support for the Manager - Real Estate Services, the Buildings and Grounds Department and Land Department.

* Provide clerical support for the Manager - Real Estate Services, the Buildings and Grounds Department, and the Land Department. Major responsibilities include: assisting with daily tracking and updating of all Company Buildings and Grounds capital projects. Creating capital authorizations, requisitioning services, processing invoices, and submitting project completion data to Plant Accounting.
* Assist with special projects, process rent checks, timbering contracts and revenue, lease payments and provide general support for all of the Company's real estate activities.
* Scheduling capital bid meetings and assisting in the supplier setup process.
* Assisting various areas with identifying and dispatching maintenance providers for both routine and emergency maintenance needs.

Knowledge & Skills

* The ability to create and maintain files in Excel, Word, Powerpoint as well as proficiency in operating business equipment.
* Purchase requisitions/receiving using the Oracle system, A/P transmittals, ordering various supplies.
* The ability to maintain an organized, hard-copy filing system for capital projects and Land transactions.
* Organizational skills (especially prioritizing).
* Strong verbal and written communications skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
* Ability to learn new software.
* Ability to work independently.

Working Conditions


* High School Diploma
* At least five years
