Were looking for an organized, innovative, and experienced Payroll and Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide hands on support for our Human Resources and Payroll team members. This dynamic Team Member will is responsible for implementing and maintaining HR/Payroll support functions for the Human Resources team and to support the Smile Doctors Mission, Vision, and Values.

A Day in the Life of our new Team Member

* Collect and verify timekeeping information for all team members.
* Assist in the calculation of pay according to hours worked, overtime, leaves of absence, bonuses, commissions and referral bonuses.
* Assist in the investigations and resolutions of discrepancies in payroll.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to Accounting.
* Answers basic questions and resolves human resources and payroll issues to assist team members in understanding payments, processes and procedures.
* Administer post-pay audits to identify any potential pay day issues.
* Handle all HR-related data entry, and filing of confidential and sensitive employee records including training and safety documentation.
* Assist with coordination of employee events and recognition.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Strong customer-focus, results orientation, attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
* Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate projects, and manage a large amount of detailed tasks.
* Proactive, exhibit continuous improvement and an ability to affect change.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
* HCM experience preferred.
